The project required front and rear scaffolding combined with a fully weatherproof temporary tin roof system, allowing construction work to proceed safely, efficiently, and without disruption from adverse weather conditions.
Due to the property’s location within a busy East London borough, this scaffold installation also required a local authority licence. B-MAT managed the entire council approval process on behalf of the client, ensuring all permits, documentation, and compliance requirements were handled efficiently and without delay.
