Given the involvement of asbestos-containing materials, scaffold design and installation were planned to align closely with the licensed contractor’s risk assessments and method statements. This ensured safe systems of work could be implemented without compromise.
The independent scaffold was fully boarded and provided continuous access at fascia level, supporting controlled removal procedures and efficient installation of new rainwater goods.
