A new build only gets built as fast as the trades can reach the work. Foundations to roof, every lift has to be there before the gang that needs it turns up. We scaffold new build houses, blocks and commercial units across London, Essex and Hertfordshire, from first lift to final strike.
New build
New builds run for months, so the hire period matters as much as the price. We quote long-term hire up front, come back to raise, adapt and add loading bays as the build moves, and inspect the scaffold before first use, at intervals of no more than seven days, and after anything that could affect it.

How we approach new build scaffolding, lift by lift
Rising with the build
The first lift goes up for the brickwork off the slab, and after that the scaffold follows the trades up the building. We come back and raise it lift by lift as the walls go, so no gang is stood about waiting on access. Each lift is boarded out, guarded and inspected before it is handed over.
Loading bays and material handling
Bricks, blocks, tiles and windows all have to get up there. We build loading bays into the scaffold where the forklift or telehandler can reach them, with the deck strengthened and the tie pattern designed for the load. Tell us what is going up and roughly how much, and we will put the bays where your gang actually wants them.
Working to your programme
Bricklayers, roofers, window fitters and renderers all want the scaffold at a different height. We work off your build programme so the lifts arrive when each trade does, and we adapt for the roof: gable-end protection, edge protection and a working lift set for the fascia and verge. If the programme slips, tell us and we will move with it.

Questions about new build scaffolding, lift by lift
As long as the job needs. New builds run for months and we price long-term hire from the start, so there is no surprise when the programme runs on. There is up to eight weeks of free hire time included, subject to terms, and we agree the rate for anything beyond that in the written quote.
Yes. Houses and small developments, larger residential blocks, offices, retail and industrial units, and mixed-use schemes. We have worked on schools, hospitals and shopping centres, so we are used to phased access, site inductions and working around a main contractor's programme. Every scaffold is erected by CISRS-qualified scaffolders.
